Marketing Performance Analyst
Our client is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to support a high-performing marketing team by delivering actionable digital insights, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing online visibility. This hands-on role is ideal for an analytical marketing professional who thrives on transforming complex data into meaningful business intelligence, improving digital experiences, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive measurable marketing outcomes.
This role is fully remote.
Marketing Performance Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze website, campaign, and digital marketing performance to deliver actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and present dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and user engagement to internal stakeholders.
- Manage digital campaign tracking by implementing and maintaining accurate UTM parameters, event tracking, and measurement standards across marketing initiatives.
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts through keyword analysis, technical optimization, search performance monitoring, and emerging AI search optimization best practices.
- Maintain accurate online business and location information across digital platforms while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, analytics capabilities, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Marketing Performance Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, website performance analysis, campaign reporting, or SEO.
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Piwik, Google Search Console, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement, UTM tracking, digital reporting methodologies, and marketing performance metrics.
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with SEO platforms such as SEMrush and location management tools such as Yext or comparable solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI-driven search optimization, including AI search experiences and emerging search technologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations, agencies, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
Compensation: $50-$58/hr. (DOE)
