Marketing Performance Analyst (Remote)
Our client is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to support data-driven marketing initiatives by transforming digital performance metrics into actionable insights. This remote role is ideal for an analytical, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about optimizing digital marketing performance through reporting, analytics, and search optimization.

This role is fully remote.

Marketing Performance Analyst Responsibilities

• Analyze website, campaign, and marketing performance data to deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Monitor digital analytics, campaign tracking, and data integrity while identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance and user engagement.
• Manage SEO and local search optimization initiatives to improve online visibility, content discoverability, and location accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking standards that support cross-functional marketing and business stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to implement analytics best practices, ensure accurate campaign measurement, and support ongoing optimization efforts.

Marketing Performance Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, web analytics, SEO, or marketing performance analysis.
• Experience with web analytics platforms, campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and digital reporting methodologies.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SEO platforms, AI-driven search optimization concepts, and location management tools within digital marketing environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

Compensation: $50-$58/hr. (DOE)
