Returns Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Returns Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to balance routine processes with ad hoc requests. This individual is naturally curious, eager to learn, and committed to delivering accurate, timely results while building strong partnerships across teams.
This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.
Returns Analyst Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end returns process to ensure timely and accurate resolution of requests and inquiries.
- Monitor and prioritize a shared returns inbox, handling daily, monthly, and ad hoc activities while meeting established deadlines.
- Partner with internal teams, field personnel, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflows.
- Review, update, and adjust returns allocations and related documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through analysis of returns trends and support initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
Returns Analyst Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including experience navigating Outlook and other business productivity tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail when reviewing data, resolving issues, and managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, or other process-driven environments is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to evolving responsibilities, and work independently while achieving objectives and deadlines.
Compensation: $20-$23/hr. (DOE)
