Benefits Enrollment Call Center Agent
Our client is seeking a customer-focused Benefits Enrollment Call Center Agent to support a high-volume open enrollment season in a fast-paced, remote environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives on delivering exceptional service while balancing multiple priorities. This opportunity is well suited for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy, teamwork, and reliable attendance during peak enrollment periods.
This role is fully remote. Applicants must reside in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho. PST working hours are required.
Benefits Enrollment Call Center Agent Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing professional and timely support during the open enrollment period.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain information while assisting with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Process customer inquiries, prepare electronic communications, and support mailings and document distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and meet service deadlines.
- Maintain consistent attendance, support overtime or weekend needs when required, and remain fully dedicated to assigned work responsibilities.
Benefits Enrollment Call Center Agent Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with previous office, administrative, customer service, or call center experience.
- Strong communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Office, and standard office technology, including accurate keyboarding skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work from a private, distraction-free home office and maintain reliable attendance throughout the peak open enrollment season, including October through December.
Compensation: $19-$20/hr. (DOE)
