This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for consumer products and market trends. The successful candidate will help execute merchandising strategies, support seasonal assortments, and work cross-functionally to drive product performance and business results.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

- Support the execution of seasonal and in-season buying strategies by translating merchandising plans into actionable assortment decisions.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of product assortments across multiple categories, brands, and consumer segments.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and recommend merchandising actions.
- Leverage historical data and business insights to support future assortment planning and in-season decision-making.

- Maintain accurate product data and merchandising systems while ensuring timely updates and execution.
- Participate in seasonal assortment reviews, buy meetings, and business recaps to support merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor key retail performance metrics, including sell-through, inventory turn, average selling price (ASP), units per transaction (UPT), and related KPIs to help optimize business performance.
- Coordinate merchandising activities across product categories while considering the impact of assortment decisions on the broader business.
- Identify and respond to changing consumer preferences and marketplace trends to support product and assortment recommendations.
- Organize priorities effectively while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

- Understanding of retail and digital business metrics, including sell-through, inventory turn, ASP, UPT, and other merchandising performance indicators.
- Strong interest in consumer products, fashion, and emerging marketplace trends.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret business data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
