HR Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and approachable HR Manager to lead a broad range of human resources functions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations while serving as a trusted resource for leaders and employees alike. The successful candidate will bring sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive, compliant, and people-focused workplace.

This role is on-site in Clackamas, Oregon.

HR Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, compensation, talent initiatives, and organizational development.
  • Administer employee programs such as benefits, leave management, workers’ compensation, retirement plans, and performance review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, maintain HR documentation, and support sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage HR systems, employee records, training initiatives, and other administrative projects while supporting a positive workplace culture.

HR Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive human resources experience with broad generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems, with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Salary: $95K-$100K/year. (DOE)
