Senior IS Program Manager
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior IS Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide divestiture programs. In this role, you will guide multiple Information Systems teams and shared services partners, bringing the executive presence needed to influence stakeholders at every level and drive complex initiatives to successful completion.

This role is a hybrid model in Redmond, Washington.

Senior IS Program Manager Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide divestiture programs, directing multiple IS teams and shared services functions toward defined program objectives.
• Plan, organize, and oversee one or more large, complex programs within a division or functional area of Information Technology.
• Advise and consult senior stakeholders on program strategy, risks, and priorities.
• Manage change and resolve issues that cut across multiple programs.
• Lead and supervise program teams and activities to keep delivery on track.
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders, leading through influence rather than authority.

Senior IS Program Manager Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large, complex IT programs, including enterprise-wide divestitures or similar transformational initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multiple IS teams and coordinate with shared services partners.
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate and build credibility with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Deep expertise in change management, issue resolution, and program governance.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and team leadership skills.
