- Provide oversight and direction for Airtable-based solutions and workflows, ensuring they effectively support business processes and evolving operational needs.
- Serve as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating platform concepts and requirements into clear language for marketing audiences.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and maintain alignment among project teams, business partners, and leadership stakeholders throughout implementation.

- Develop clear project communications, status updates, documentation, and recommendations to support stakeholder visibility and timely decision-making.
- Support change management, user readiness, training, and adoption efforts associated with new tools, processes, and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and continuously improve workflows, tools, and cross-functional processes.

- Hands-on experience building solutions, workflows, or operational processes within Airtable.
- Proven ability to manage nuanced, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and senior leadership.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand software concepts and translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
