- Guide separation planning, due diligence, and integration activities, coordinating across business, clinical, operational, and technology groups.
- Facilitate steering committees and executive reviews, and deliver polished status reports, dashboards, and decision materials for senior leadership.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, and keep programs on course amid shifting priorities.

- Healthcare industry experience.
- Strong executive presence, with a track record of partnering directly with senior leaders and delivering compelling steering committee and portfolio presentations.
- Deep knowledge of program governance, portfolio management, risk management, and organizational change management.
- Success managing multi-workstream initiatives involving vendors, business teams, and technology organizations within highly matrixed environments.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and enterprise portfolio management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
