Senior Endpoint Administrator
Our client is seeking a Senior Endpoint Administrator to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint management solutions. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in modern device management, bringing a strong security mindset, technical depth, and a passion for creating scalable, user-focused solutions. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and enjoys documenting processes, automating routine tasks, and sharing knowledge with others.

This role is fully remote. Applicants must reside in North Dakota.

Senior Endpoint Administrator Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and related technologies.
• Develop, configure, and deploy device configuration policies, compliance policies, application packages, and user profiles across a diverse endpoint environment.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Conditional Access policies to strengthen security while supporting business productivity requirements.
• Develop automation solutions and administrative scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and related tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate endpoint management capabilities with broader infrastructure and security initiatives.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures to support ongoing administration and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and security best practices to continuously enhance endpoint management strategies.
• Provide guidance, end-user support, and cross-training to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Senior Endpoint Administrator Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise designing and managing Conditional Access policies within Intune and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Extensive experience creating, deploying, and troubleshooting Intune Configuration Policies and endpoint management solutions.
• Senior-level proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and related endpoint administration technologies.
• Strong scripting experience using PowerShell, including automation of administrative processes and workflows.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Graph to support endpoint management, reporting, and automation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and implement scalable solutions across large environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies, changing priorities, and new ways of working.
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to mentor, cross-train, and share knowledge with peers and end users.
