Business Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a complex enterprise systems initiative involving business process analysis, data integration, and system modernization efforts. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams, translating operational needs into clear business requirements while helping ensure successful implementation of enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and skilled at navigating complex business processes, data transformations, and cross-functional project environments.

This role is fully remote.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, business rules, and other documentation to support enterprise system integration and implementation projects.
• Analyze data flows between systems, identify transformation requirements, and document data mapping, cleansing, and validation rules.
• Research business processes, investigate issues, and evaluate potential solutions to support project objectives and operational improvements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, providing regular updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet documented business requirements and operational needs.

Business Analyst Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting large-scale enterprise software implementation, integration, or transformation projects.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements, including process mapping, workflow analysis, use cases, and business rules documentation.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation operations, claims processes, or related business domains.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data mapping, data transformation, and data quality management concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, conduct research, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams within cross-functional project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting data migration, system modernization, or enterprise application implementation projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with case management, claims management, or related business systems is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation: $50-$60/hr. (DOE)
