Senior Treasury Specialist
Our client is seeking a Senior Treasury Specialist to provide critical interim support within a fast-paced finance organization during a temporary leave coverage period. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in operational environments, brings strong problem-solving skills, and can confidently manage treasury activities with minimal ramp-up. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and comfortable balancing daily execution with process accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.

This role is a hybrid model in Vancouver, Washington.

Senior Treasury Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, account monitoring, and transaction processing to ensure timely and accurate financial activity.
• Execute and support electronic payment functions, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, banking portal activity, and related treasury controls.
• Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate treasury records and reporting documentation.
• Assist with short-term cash forecasting, liquidity tracking, and preparation of treasury-related financial reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with accounting, finance, accounts payable, and external banking contacts to resolve issues, support operational continuity, and improve treasury processes.

Senior Treasury Specialist Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial operations roles.
• Hands-on experience managing banking transactions, reconciliations, electronic payments, and treasury operational processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reconciliations, financial analysis, reporting, and working with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems, banking platforms, treasury management systems, or other enterprise financial tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation: $45-$55/hr. (DOE)
