SEC Reporting & Consolidation Manager
Our client is seeking a highly analytical SEC Reporting leader who thrives in a fast-paced public company environment where visibility, complexity, and strategic impact intersect. This role is on-site in Dallas, Texas.

SEC Reporting & Consolidation Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of SEC reporting activities,(8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K), including quarterly and annual filings, financial statement disclosures, and supporting documentation.
• Manage corporate consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and accuracy of consolidated financial reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, investor relations, FP&A, auditors, and business unit stakeholders to support timely and accurate reporting deliverables.
• Perform technical accounting research, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support reporting decisions, compliance, and business insights.
• Drive process improvements across reporting, controls, systems, and financial reporting workflows, including support for audit and SOX compliance activities.
• Manage reporting processes, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while helping guide key financial reporting initiatives.

SEC Reporting & Consolidation Manager Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA with prior Big 4, or large reginal firm.
• 3+ years consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, financial modeling.
• 3+ years SEC reporting and external financial reporting, disclosure support.
• Financial modeling, data analysis, and variance analysis.
• Prior experience managing reporting processes, projects, or teams within a fast-paced public company or corporate accounting environment.

Salary: Up to $155k + Bonus (DOE)
