Project Administrator
Our client is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys keeping complex projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong service mindset and the ability to balance competing priorities while supporting multiple stakeholders. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys being a dependable team resource, communicates effectively, and can quickly learn new systems and processes.

This role is on-site in Portland, Oregon.

Project Administrator Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple active construction projects.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, insurance records, submittals, and closeout materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to track deliverables, maintain organized records, and keep project workflows on schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain project correspondence, digital documentation, and reporting using Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and internal systems.
  • Support a variety of project and team needs with flexibility, professionalism, and a hands-on willingness to assist wherever needed.

Project Administrator Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or a project-based environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using document management or e-signature platforms such as DocuSign.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities across a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new business systems quickly; experience with construction/project software is helpful but not required.
  • Positive, team-oriented communication style with a proactive attitude and a willingness to support a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Compensation: $25-$27/hr. (DOE)
