Executive Assistant
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping busy professionals stay organized, proactive, and efficient. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted administrative partner to the Managing Partner, helping manage communications, organize information, support office operations, and handle a variety of day-to-day administrative responsibilities. This is not a tax preparation or accounting role. Prior accounting or tax experience is not required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and comfortable learning new systems and processes over time.
This role is on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Partner with day-to-day administrative support and organization
- Review and pre-screen emails, helping prioritize items and surface important matters
- Handle and complete administrative tasks independently whenever possible
- Support electronic document organization, scanning, and file management
- Assist with DocuSign processes and client document distribution
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Help coordinate office supplies and general administrative needs
- Provide support across multiple office locations as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other internal systems effectively
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail in all interactions
- Collaborate closely with office staff and leadership to support efficient operations
Executive Assistant Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and working within multiple systems and software platforms
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Prior executive assistant, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or customer service experience preferred
- No accounting or tax background required

Salary: $20-$28/hr. (DOE)
