Customer Success & Automation Specialist (monday.com)
Our client is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Customer Success Specialist with monday.com experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and can confidently balance operational execution, relationship management, and process optimization. This role is ideal for a self-starter who communicates professionally with internal stakeholders and customers alike, takes ownership with minimal oversight, and enjoys leveraging systems and data to improve the customer experience.
This role is fully on-site in Clackamas, Oregon.
Customer Success Specialist Responsibilities
- Own monday.com end-to-end. Design and maintain boards, automations, dashboards, and integrations that give the team and customers real-time operational visibility and keep processes running.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales partners, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, issue resolution, and a seamless customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end order coordination from intake through fulfillment, proactively monitoring progress, communicating timelines and updates, and addressing delays or risks before they impact delivery.
- Develop and deliver customer-facing and internal performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making, customer engagement, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data across CRM, service delivery, and operational systems while supporting workflow integrations, automation initiatives, and ongoing process enhancements.
Customer Success Specialist Qualifications
- Monday.com experience is required. Hands-on experience building boards, configuring workflows, creating dashboards, and setting up automations. You should be comfortable improving how monday.com is used, not just working within existing setups.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, operations, account coordination, or a related customer-facing business support role.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the professionalism to effectively partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and assertive sales personalities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems resourcefully, manage competing priorities, and quickly learn new systems or technical concepts.
Salary: $27–$31/hr. (DOE)
