Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact digital marketing strategies for a globally recognized consumer brand. This individual will be equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can influence across cross-functional teams, and knows how to translate consumer insights into compelling digital experiences that drive engagement and brand affinity.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of seasonal digital marketing campaigns across owned digital channels, social platforms, and partner/creator ecosystems.
  • Develop integrated digital marketing plans that align brand storytelling, product priorities, and consumer engagement objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, merchandising, product, and regional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and consistent messaging.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and digital engagement metrics to inform optimization strategies and improve future marketing effectiveness.
  • Build compelling executive-ready presentations, campaign recaps, and strategic recommendations for key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple initiatives, ensuring projects move forward efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners across creative, media, and research functions to support campaign development and execution.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, platform innovations, social content strategies, and evolving consumer behaviors to inform forward-thinking campaign approaches.
  • Mentor or provide leadership support to marketing team members, helping elevate processes, collaboration, and execution quality where needed.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in digital, brand, or social marketing roles.
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies for high-visibility consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing trends, content strategy, social media best practices, and evolving consumer engagement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret consumer and campaign performance data to develop measurement frameworks and optimization plans.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation development and communication skills, including the ability to clearly influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships and driving alignment across diverse teams and leadership groups.
  • Experience managing external agency partners across creative, media, and/or market research initiatives.
  • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or scaling teams is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with presentation and collaboration tools such as Keynote, Airtable, Figma, Slack, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Compensation: Up to $69.33/hr. (DOE)
