- Prioritize incoming work and manage multiple assignments to consistently meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and turnaround expectations.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between Sales, Underwriting, Membership Accounting, and other internal partners to resolve questions and support successful group onboarding.
- Research enrollment or setup issues, use available resources to determine appropriate solutions, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Assist with group renewals and ongoing group maintenance activities as business needs require.
- Provide responsive, service-oriented support to internal stakeholders and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Support broader departmental workloads through cross-functional work sharing and provide backup coverage for team members as needed.
- Work additional hours, including occasional overtime or weekends, when necessary to meet business demands.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and complete assignments with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage changing workloads and multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately apply established procedures and available resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
