Copy Writer (Part-Time)
Our client is seeking a talented Part-Time Copy Writer to create engaging, customer-focused marketing content that supports digital campaigns and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a collaborative and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance shifting priorities, and enjoys crafting compelling messaging that drives audience engagement. The successful candidate will bring strong copywriting expertise, experience within the food, beverage, or restaurant industry, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work under tight timelines when needed.
This role is fully remote working 20-25 hours per week.
Copy Writer Responsibilities
- Develop clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for email marketing campaigns and other digital communication channels.
- Create customer-focused messaging that supports marketing objectives, promotional initiatives, and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Review, edit, and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, tone, and quality across all deliverables.
- Adapt messaging based on campaign requirements, audience insights, and evolving business priorities.
- Respond effectively to occasional last-minute requests and changing timelines while maintaining a high standard of work.
Copy Writer Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional copywriting experience.
- Experience creating marketing, promotional, or customer-facing content for the food, beverage, restaurant, or hospitality industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling digital marketing copy that drives customer engagement and action.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing, email, and promotional writing samples.
- Excellent written communication, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Service-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation: $40/hour. (DOE)
