Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our Salem area client, a well-established manufacturing company, has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their onsite team. This individual is flexible, adaptable, and thrives in an environment that is moving and shaking.

This role is fully onsite in the Salem, Oregon area.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Salem, Oregon and surrounding area.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and match to PO’s.
• Research and correct discrepancies; process payment claims.
• Set up and maintain customer accounting records.
• Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Contact customers regarding updates and past due accounts requiring payment.
• Additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications

• 2 years of high-volume AR experience; multi-entity background a plus.
• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior ERP systems experience; MS Dynamics a plus.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
• Inquisitive with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation: $22-$24/hr. (DOE)
