Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Our client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, fast-moving product team behind a SaaS platform that helps healthcare practices attract patients, track marketing performance, and convert leads. You will take ownership of new features from design through delivery and help guide the platform’s move to modern cloud infrastructure. You will work across the stack, from data-heavy backend services and outside integrations to polished, responsive user interfaces. As the client’s product line grows into a single unified platform, your scope will expand to include a companion patient engagement product and the shared infrastructure behind both.

This role is fully remote.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own full-stack features for the next generation of the client’s applications.
• Lead technical design discussions and produce clear, well-documented architecture for the areas you own.
• Maintain and enhance the existing platform, including complex integrations with third-party marketing, analytics, call tracking, and scheduling systems.
• Take responsibility for quality from start to finish through thorough unit and integration testing, regular peer code reviews, and proactive management of technical debt.
• Contribute to both product platforms and the shared data and service infrastructure that connects them.
• Help guide the migration of existing systems to modern cloud infrastructure.
• Promote AI-assisted development practices by building reusable workflows and standards and by mentoring teammates to improve team speed and quality.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience on commercial SaaS applications.
• Deep experience building backend services in C# and modern .NET (.NET 6 or higher).
• Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript, along with modern front-end tooling.
• Strong SQL and data-access skills, including hand-written parameterized queries and ORM-based development, with experience running SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL at scale.
• Experience designing and building scalable REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure, with deeper expertise in one and a willingness to build depth in AWS.
• Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools as a primary workflow, including spec-driven work and careful evaluation of AI-generated code.
• Proven ability to lead technical design for complex systems and communicate architecture clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with platform migrations, event-driven distributed systems, incremental codebase modernization, and mentoring teams on AI-assisted development.

Salary: $140K-$165K/year. (DOE)
