Business Integration Lead
Our client is seeking a Business Integration Lead to support the product development organization of a leading global footwear brand. In this role, you will help teams work with greater agility and speed by improving processes and tools across the organization. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to turn business objectives into well-run, well-documented operations.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Business Integration Lead Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and opportunities in internal processes, then establish best practices and work with partners to drive lasting change.
- Support key milestones in the product creation process, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
- Partner with operational and functional leaders to coordinate teams and keep conversations focused on business priorities.
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, resources, timeline, quality, and risk, and deliver operational projects on time with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain training, procedural, and system documentation, and facilitate sessions as needed.
- Maintain the product calendar and keep functional leads informed of updates through close contact with business integration teams.
- Execute the existing report portfolio and share results through various communication channels in a clear, simple, and impactful way.
- Coach teams to interpret business data and analytics so they can take action on it.
- Promote consistency and standardization across the organization’s tools and processes where appropriate.
Business Integration Lead Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, project management, operations, or strategy.
- Understanding of, or hands-on experience with, product creation, ideally within athletic footwear or a similar consumer brand. Prior experience with a large, global brand is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in building collaborative tools and processes, with experience in Miro, Smartsheet, Airtable, and/or similar project management platforms.
- Proven ability to lead, plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects at once across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to build consensus and move work forward with people at all levels in a matrix organization.
- Understanding of the product and retail value chain, from innovation through to the consumer.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Apple productivity tools, including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and lookups).
- A genuine passion for process excellence and simplification.
Compensation: Up to $53.33/hr. (DOE)
