Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and infrastructure initiatives from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, collaborative project leader who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and proactively navigate risks, resources, vendors, and changing requirements.

This role follows a hybrid work model in Austin, Texas, with required travel to project sites throughout the surrounding area as business needs arise.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small to mid-sized technology projects, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and overall delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure resources, dependencies, schedules, costs, and deliverables remain aligned.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, resolving challenges when possible and escalating appropriately.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status and decisions to stakeholders, track project costs, and ensure documentation remains accurate and complete.

Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent technology or infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving areas such as network infrastructure, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, operational technology, asset management, GIS, or enterprise application implementations and integrations.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, resource management, vendor management, risk management, and change control skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline preferred; project management certification is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise, GIS, security, communications, or operational platforms is beneficial.
