Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and infrastructure initiatives from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate is an organized, adaptable project leader who can balance multiple priorities, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, and proactively manage resources, vendors, risks, and changing project needs.

This role follows a hybrid work model in Portland, Oregon or Phoenix, Arizona with local travel required for on-site visits throughout the surrounding areas.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small to mid-sized technology projects, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal project teams, external resources, and vendors to align staffing, dependencies, schedules, costs, and deliverables.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, resolving challenges when possible and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status and decisions to stakeholders, monitor project costs, and maintain accurate and complete project documentation.

Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent technology or infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience managing a combination of network infrastructure, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, operational technology, asset management, GIS, or enterprise application implementation and integration projects.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, resource coordination, vendor management, risk management, and change control capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build credibility across technical teams, business stakeholders, and organizational leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred; project management certification is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise applications, GIS platforms, security technologies, or operational systems is beneficial.
