Paylocity HRIS Consultant (Part-Time)
Our client is seeking a part-time Paylocity HRIS Consultant to provide flexible, on-call support for their HR technology team. This role is ideal for an experienced Paylocity professional who enjoys troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, and helping organizations navigate key HR processes such as open enrollment.

The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite collaboration or training in Lake Oswego, Oregon as needed. Hours are flexible and vary based on business needs, ranging from approximately 2–20 hours per week.

Paylocity HRIS Consultant (Part-Time) Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for resolving Paylocity system issues and providing functional support.
• Deliver guidance and responsive customer support to end users, answering questions and troubleshooting platform-related concerns.
• Assist with open enrollment activities, ensuring HR system processes run smoothly during peak periods.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer to improve adoption and effective use of Paylocity features.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements to enhance the organization's HRIS experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on an as-needed basis to support ongoing HR technology initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system updates, configurations, and support activities as appropriate.

Paylocity HRIS Consultant (Part-Time) Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience administering and supporting the Paylocity HRIS platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve HRIS issues efficiently.
• Experience providing end-user support, customer service, and system training.
• Familiarity with HR processes, including benefits administration and open enrollment support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated and able to manage changing priorities in a flexible, on-call consulting environment.

Compensation: $70-$90/hr. (DOE)
