Senior Office Manager
Our client is seeking a polished and resourceful Senior Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This individual will be a trusted partner to leadership, creating a welcoming and efficient workplace while balancing executive support, office operations, and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
This role is on-site in Portland, Oregon.
Senior Office Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners while fostering a positive office environment.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, presentations, and administrative activities in support of senior leadership.
- Plan and execute team events, catered meetings, and workplace initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Identify operational improvements and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless office functionality.
Senior Office Manager Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience providing administrative support to VP-level or senior executives.
- 2–3 years of experience managing office operations within a professional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and calendar management tools.
Salary: $75K-$95K/year. (DOE)
