Loan Processor
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support the efficient handling of commercial real estate loan servicing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate under deadlines, and skilled in both transactional processing and reconciliation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities will ensure success in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Loan Processor Responsibilities

• Enter and verify commercial loan, borrower, property, and escrow data in required systems.
• Process and balance loan servicing transactions including payments, payoffs, adjustments, and related activities.
• Reconcile cash activity across bank accounts, identify and resolve discrepancies, and prepare management reports.
• Support escrow and servicing functions such as tax contracts, property tax payments, and insurance renewals.
• Prepare journal entries, deposits, and requisitions; assist with administrative tasks and special projects.

Loan Processor Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field is preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in loan servicing, accounting, or reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Ability to lift loan files up to 30 pounds and perform clerical support as needed.

Compensation: $20-$24/hr. (DOE)
