Executive Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executives by managing complex scheduling, coordinating operational details, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident communicating across all levels of an organization while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
This role is a hybrid work model in Portland, Oregon.
Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, agendas, and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate expense reporting, scheduling logistics, and operational support to ensure seamless executive workflow.
- Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support cross-functional projects, track action items and timelines, and assist with organizational processes and administrative initiatives.
Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a professional business environment.
- Strong experience managing calendars, travel coordination, expense reporting, and executive scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related business applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, adapt quickly in fast-paced environments, and provide polished support to leadership teams.
Compensation: $20-$23/hr. (DOE)
