  • Support PMO operational excellence efforts through the development and standardization of templates, reporting processes, RAID logs, and project documentation.
  • Maintain visibility into project calendars, meeting cadences, integration sequencing, and deliverable tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Drive accountability across matrixed teams while helping bring consistency and repeatability to project execution practices.
  • Operate independently in ambiguous environments while adapting quickly to shifting business priorities and timelines.

Technical Project Manager Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably supporting enterprise-level operational and technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting technical implementations involving cross-functional business and IT teams.
  • Strong project planning expertise with the ability to manage dependencies, critical paths, timelines, and integration activities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning, reporting, dashboards, and workflow tracking.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel for data tracking and analysis and PowerPoint for executive-facing presentations.
  • Experience facilitating meetings with technical stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and vendor partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across large matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and maintain organization across multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting PMO processes, governance structures, and project documentation standards is preferred.
