Product Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a Product Operations Manager to support global apparel integration initiatives within a fast-paced, consumer-driven product organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative operations professional who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys improving processes, and can help drive alignment across product creation, merchandising, planning, and development teams. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, a passion for process excellence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping complex initiatives moving forward.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Product Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational initiatives across apparel product creation and integration workflows to ensure alignment, consistency, and executional excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Merchandising, Planning, Development, and Insights teams across global and regional organizations.
- Drive process improvements by identifying operational gaps, streamlining workflows, and implementing scalable best practices.
- Maintain and manage product calendars, project timelines, and key business milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workstreams, and business reviews to ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and operational resources to support consistency across teams.
- Support project planning efforts, including scope definition, timelines, resource coordination, risk identification, and execution tracking.
- Translate operational updates, process changes, and business initiatives into clear communications for partner teams.
- Deliver reporting and operational updates through dashboards, presentations, and communication tools in a concise and impactful manner.
- Help teams interpret business data and operational insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Product Operations Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, Strategy, or Business Integration.
- Experience supporting product creation, product operations, or cross-functional integration initiatives within the apparel, footwear, or consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, workflow optimization, and business process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills with experience driving meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring forward progress.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Ability to create process documentation, operational playbooks, and training materials.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving business priorities and operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within a large global consumer brand or apparel organization is strongly preferred.
Compensation: Up to $53.33/hr. (DOE)
