Service Technician
Our client is seeking a skilled Service Technician who brings a strong mechanical aptitude, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and repairing heavy-duty equipment while collaborating with a team that values quality work, reliability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced service environment.

This role is on-site in El Dorado, Arkansas.

Service Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, ranging from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by clearly communicating repair needs, timelines, and outcomes.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and support overall service operations.

Service Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar mechanical or diesel repair role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, preferably within heavy-duty equipment or truck environments.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while effectively managing workload and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
