Medium Duty Service Technician
Our client is seeking a Medium Duty Service Technician who takes pride in hands-on work and is eager to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented shop environment. This individual will contribute to maintaining and repairing medium-duty vehicles while delivering high-quality service and building a long-term career in the industry.

This role is on-site in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Medium Duty Service Technician Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on medium-duty vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues accurately and efficiently.
• Complete work orders, documentation, and reporting with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper use of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and strong customer satisfaction.

Medium Duty Service Technician Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical or shop experience, with exposure to diesel and/or gas engines preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, and electrical components.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must have personal basic tools required to perform assigned work.
