Recruiter
Our client is seeking a relationship-driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities. This individual combines strong sourcing expertise with sound judgment, data-informed decision-making, and a customer-focused approach to deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled at building trust while balancing multiple priorities across diverse business functions.
This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon, Fort Mill, South Carolina, or Detroit, Michigan.
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple business areas and geographic regions.
- Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified talent through a variety of recruiting channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent guidance.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
- Monitor candidate progress, maintain accurate recruiting records, and help ensure an efficient hiring process.
Recruiter Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing and full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or similarly specialized roles.
- Experience using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems to manage recruiting activities and leverage hiring data.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, along with familiarity using AI-enabled technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Compensation: $40-$48/hr. (DOE)
