Project Coordinator
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys keeping complex projects organized from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while building effective partnerships across teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at solving problems, maintaining project momentum, and delivering exceptional internal and customer support.
This role is on-site in Redmond, Oregon.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and milestones to keep cross-functional projects on track.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Enter job orders, create routings for new purchase orders, and maintain accurate project documentation and internal records.
- Monitor project progress, identify scheduling or resource conflicts, and proactively resolve roadblocks to meet customer commitments.
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration.
Project Coordinator Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, program coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience using Monday.com or other project management software is preferred.
- Manufacturing or engineering experience is a plus, along with a hardworking, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
Salary: $25+/hour + Bonus. (DOE)
