Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that bring structure, alignment, and execution to complex business programs within a fast-paced consumer products environment. This individual will partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to establish scalable processes, drive project milestones, improve operational efficiency, and ensure strategic initiatives progress from concept through execution.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects by developing execution plans, defining milestones, tracking deliverables, and ensuring initiatives remain on schedule.
- Establish and implement sustainable operational processes, governance models, and organizational frameworks that support long-term business success.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans while coordinating activities across product, merchandising, marketing, planning, and other business teams.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment, document action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or obstacles, and provide recommendations to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Create executive-level presentations, project updates, dashboards, and supporting documentation that communicate progress and key business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and strengthen collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Support change management efforts by helping teams adopt new processes, operating models, and ways of working.
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools to organize work, maintain visibility, and support effective execution.
Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Seven or more years of experience in project management, business operations, business integration, product management, merchandising, or another cross-functional business environment.
- Experience supporting marketing, merchandising, product creation, apparel, retail, or consumer products organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple priorities within a matrixed organization.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable operational programs, governance models, or organizational processes from concept through long-term sustainability.
- Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Experience driving process improvement and supporting organizational or business change initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to turn complex challenges into structured action plans.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable or similar platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working within enterprise organizations or agency environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with go-to-market processes and cross-functional product lifecycle planning is preferred.
- Prior experience within the consumer products, footwear, apparel, or related industries is preferred.
Compensation: Up to $55.63/hr. (DOE)
