Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist their organization.

This role is fully remote. Applicants must reside in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho. PST working hours are required.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects or multiple, concurrent projects.
• Responsible for delivering assigned projects to successful completion, and accountable for the quality and timeliness of all project outcomes, to include proactive schedule and budget/forecast management.
• Identify and mitigate project milestones/deliverable delays and critical resource allocation issues from the work breakdown schedule. Skill in identification, assessment and contingency planning for risk factors is a must
• Assist client’s partners and customers deliver on commitments that matter, and serve as a stabilizing presences they can rely on to lead the project to a successful outcome.

Project Manager Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business management or related field and 5 or more years of experience in project and/or program management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Health Stream or Conga applications helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Guide and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Demonstrated history of successful, progressive project management with at least 5 years experience. This includes a leadership role in the execution of large-scale, concurrent projects. (Greater than $1 million with team of 10).
• Demonstrated success at meeting project budget, timeline, and requirement targets, and ensuring accurate, clear status reporting throughout.
• Demonstrated presentation experience to project teams and all levels of management.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary work teams, including business, technology, and vendor partners in an integrated delivery environment.
• Additional functional competencies include Budgeting/Forecasting, Change Management, Project Planning and Organization, Risk Management.
• Certification in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
• Change management or related certifications also desired but not required.
