Program Manager
Our client is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead a complex, global initiative focused on aligning planning and data processes across multiple regions. This individual will serve as a critical connector between business and technology teams, driving clarity, consistency, and adoption during a period of transformation. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence across geographies and functions in a fast-moving environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Program Manager Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for a global initiative, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables across multiple regions.
• Drive data alignment and standardization efforts across geographies, establishing consistent definitions, frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Orchestrate cross-functional change management efforts, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring successful adoption across teams.
• Build and manage a comprehensive program roadmap, coordinating efforts across business, technology, and analytics workstreams.
• Partner with stakeholders across planning, enterprise systems, and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, proactively facilitating decisions and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver clear, executive-ready communications, including status updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Act as a bridge between planning and technology teams, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into system and process solutions.

Program Manager Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in global, matrixed environments.
• Strong experience driving change management and ensuring adoption across diverse teams and regions.
• Demonstrated ability to build roadmaps, align stakeholders, and coordinate execution across business and technology partners.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience working across large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience working with enterprise planning or data platforms.
• Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments, including system transitions or process transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in retail or wholesale planning environments is preferred, with an understanding of end-to-end data flows and business impact.
• Prior experience supporting global programs across multiple geographies and varying levels of data maturity is a plus.

Compensation: $55.63/hr.
