Procurement Specialist (Hybrid)

This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon. Fully remote applicants may be considered and must be located in Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Procurement Specialist Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain contracts and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI events.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, from drafting through renewal, amendment, and termination.
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead performance reviews and corrective action plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and maintain accurate supplier data in electronic systems.

Procurement Specialist Qualifications

• Five or more years of supply chain procurement and contracting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, work management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning or procurement systems.
• Preferred: Utility industry experience, Oracle familiarity, project management experience, or a CPSM or CIPS certification.

Compensation: Up to $67.71/hr. (DOE)
