Loan Servicing Specialist
Our client is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist who is detail-driven, analytical, and comfortable juggling shifting priorities in a fast-moving office. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, builds strong working relationships, and takes real pride in accuracy and follow-through. This role is on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Loan Servicing Specialist Responsibilities

• Monitor a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans for compliance with loan terms, including insurance coverage, property taxes, UCCs, and on-time payments.
• Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and financials to keep DCR and LTV data accurate and report findings to management.
• Partner with correspondent servicers to ensure timely remittances, resolve trial balance differences, and support property inspection requirements.
• Review transfer, assumption, and modification requests, recommend next steps, and support new loan setup and file documentation.
• Validate servicing system data and prepare payoff quotes, loan status statements, reconveyances, and escrow analyses while responding to stakeholder inquiries.

Loan Servicing Specialist Qualifications

• Commercial mortgage servicing background with working knowledge of residential loans.
• Insurance tracking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to two years of experience in a dynamic office environment, with proficiency in mortgage database and spreadsheet software.
• Strong attention to detail, comfort with numbers, and the ability to multitask and prioritize against changing deadlines.

Compensation: $21-$24/hr. (DOE)
