Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Lead
Our client is seeking a Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Lead to take ownership of critical HR operations within a growing and fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional who thrives in balancing payroll accuracy, benefits administration, systems optimization, and employee support while helping build scalable HR processes for long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

This role is onsite in Vancouver, Washington.

Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including onboarding, open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefits reconciliation activities.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for HRIS workflows, payroll systems, reporting, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to support compliance, audits, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Drive operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities to enhance payroll, benefits, and HR systems processes and scalability.

Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Lead Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS functions.
  • Advanced experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR/payroll systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, benefits administration, and employee data management practices.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or multi-shift work environments preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: $90K-$95K/year + Bonus. (DOE)
