O&M Digital Project Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly collaborative and technically savvy O&M Digital Project Coordinator who can bridge complex operations and maintenance (O&M) service models with enterprise digital platforms. This individual will play a key role in aligning business needs with IT architecture, driving integration across systems, and supporting the development of a scalable digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on coordination and problem-solving.
This role is fully remote.
O&M Digital Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Translate O&M service requirements into scalable digital platform and system solutions aligned with enterprise initiatives.
- Define and coordinate integration strategies across OT, EAM, ERP, and PLM systems to support end-to-end operations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate tools, recommend solutions, and support decision-making.
- Develop data flow frameworks and lifecycle traceability concepts to ensure consistency across systems and processes.
- Support implementation planning, including pilot programs and transition strategies for enterprise-wide deployment.
O&M Digital Project Coordinator Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience working with industrial IT systems, engineering platforms, or O&M environments.
- Demonstrated experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, EAM, or OT platforms.
- Familiarity with platforms such as AVEVA, Maximo, Oracle, or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy or nuclear) and knowledge of digital thread or lifecycle data concepts is a plus.
