O&M Digital Project Coordinator
Our client is seeking an experienced O&M Digital Project Coordinator who brings deep expertise in enterprise system integration and a strong background working within complex operations and maintenance environments. This individual will play a critical role in connecting business needs with digital platforms, with a particular emphasis on Product Lifecycle Management systems. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and highly collaborative, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and support scalable digital initiatives.
This role is fully remote.
O&M Digital Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of operations and maintenance requirements into scalable digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Drive integration efforts across enterprise systems, including PLM, ERP, EAM, and OT platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to evaluate tools, recommend solutions, and support implementation strategies.
- Develop and maintain data frameworks that support lifecycle traceability and consistency across systems and processes.
- Support implementation planning, including pilot programs, system rollouts, and transition strategies for enterprise adoption.
O&M Digital Project Coordinator Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working with industrial IT systems, engineering platforms, or O&M-focused environments.
- Hands-on experience with Aras PLM is required.
- Proven track record integrating enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, EAM, or OT platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with lifecycle data, digital thread concepts, or similar frameworks is preferred.
