- Partner closely with project sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, business objectives, project requirements, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Drive collaboration across multiple teams including product management, digital, finance, platform, operations, revenue marketing, and other business partners.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Identify project risks, roadblocks, resource constraints, and dependencies early, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- Establish and optimize workflows, project governance, and execution processes to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness.

- Experience developing and managing project budgets, timelines, resource plans, and execution frameworks.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and serving as a central connector across teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and process improvement capabilities with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
