Marketing Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to support global marketing planning and execution. This individual will serve as a key connector across teams, driving operational excellence, improving ways of working, and enabling marketing initiatives to move from strategy to execution with clarity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented thinker who thrives in complex environments, communicates effectively with senior stakeholders, and brings structure to ambiguity.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Marketing Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously refine marketing operating models to improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability across initiatives.
• Own and manage core planning tools, systems, and templates to support seasonal marketing workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish and maintain planning cadences, key milestones, and communication rhythms to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across marketing initiatives and proactively drive resolution.
• Support cross-functional teams by simplifying complex processes and improving overall ways of working.
• Drive consistency and standardization across planning frameworks, tools, and documentation.
• Collaborate with shared services and partner teams to optimize workflows and improve operational scalability.
• Develop clear reporting and insights to track progress, highlight risks, and support decision-making.
• Act as a central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.

Marketing Operations Manager Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program/project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of seasonal or campaign-based marketing workflows within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Proven experience managing operating models, systems, and tools that support large-scale planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex strategies into structured plans and actionable deliverables.
• Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels without direct authority.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation: $28/hr.
