HR Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and trustworthy HR Assistant to support a critical office transition and records management initiative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, task-focused environments and can handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.

This role is on-site in Vancouver, Washington.

HR Assistant Responsibilities

  • Organize, review, and digitize employee records, including scanning and uploading documents to secure cloud-based systems.
  • Sort and evaluate personnel files, ensuring proper handling of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Apply document retention guidelines to identify and remove outdated or unnecessary records.
  • Enter and update employee data into HR systems, including ADP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Consolidate and reorganize physical filing systems, including multiple cabinets, to improve accessibility and efficiency.

HR Assistant Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, HR support, or records management role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity.
  • Experience working with document management, scanning, or data entry processes.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks independently.

Compensation: $18-$20/hr. (DOE)
