Senior Supply & Inventory Planner
Our client is seeking a Senior Supply & Inventory Planner to support global supply planning and inventory management initiatives within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role plays a critical part in aligning supply strategies with marketplace demand, balancing inventory health, and driving informed decision-making across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

This role follows a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Supply & Inventory Planner Responsibilities

• Lead execution of supply and inventory planning activities, ensuring alignment with demand signals, product strategies, and marketplace needs.
• Analyze supply, demand, and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage purchase order creation and maintenance, including updates to delivery timelines, pricing, and allocation decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with planning, merchandising, sourcing, and operations teams to support end-to-end supply chain execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory, service levels, and on-time delivery, driving continuous improvement.
• Communicate changes, tradeoffs, and business impacts clearly across teams to support informed decision-making.
• Support multi-season planning processes and contribute to evolving planning frameworks and operational models.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on supply and inventory processes, supporting key initiatives and business priorities.

Senior Supply & Inventory Planner Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or related operational roles.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as retail, apparel, or consumer goods.
• Proficiency with planning systems such as SAP, APO, Cognos, or similar tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Prior experience in marketplace, operations, or inventory-focused roles is preferred.
• Experience within apparel, footwear, or related industries is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $41.55/hr. (DOE)
