Marketing Communications Project Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Communications Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives supporting the evolution of a modern marketing technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a polished project management professional who can bridge technical implementation work with business-facing marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and minimal disruption to ongoing campaigns.

This role is a hybrid model in Westminster, Colorado.

Marketing Communications Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex marketing technology initiatives, including platform migrations, systems implementations, and process transformation efforts.
• Drive cross-functional project execution across marketing, sales operations, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication throughout.
• Oversee the transition from legacy marketing systems to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity, operational continuity, and effective integration across the broader technology ecosystem.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination using project management tools to maintain visibility and accountability across workstreams.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand functional business requirements, translate them into actionable project plans, and support successful adoption of new tools and processes.

Marketing Communications Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting marketing operations, marketing technology, communications, or related business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale software implementations, systems migrations, or enterprise platform integration projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing technology ecosystems, including data flow concepts, campaign processes, lead management structures, and systems integration best practices.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently navigate both technical and non-technical conversations.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools such as Wrike, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms; PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
