  • Support quarterly close activities, year-end reporting requirements, internal and external audits, and compliance initiatives related to SOX and ASC 718.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Human Resources, Tax, Payroll, and Finance teams to maintain data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and align cross-functional processes.

  • Provide timely, professional support for complex employee inquiries related to equity compensation programs.
  • Develop and deliver employee education initiatives, including onboarding resources and ongoing communication materials related to equity offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancements, automation, emerging technologies, strengthened controls, and workflow optimization.
  • Assist in the preparation of equity-related disclosures and supporting documentation for regulatory filings and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects focused on enhancing the employee equity experience, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness.

Equity Programs Analyst Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four or more years of hands-on experience administering equity compensation programs, preferably within a publicly traded and globally operating organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing equity plans, including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, and ESPPs, along with associated tax, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience utilizing equity administration platforms such as Charles Schwab EquiView or comparable systems to manage end-to-end stock plan processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls, ASC 718 requirements, audit support activities, and equity-related financial reporting practices.
  • Proven ability to perform complex reconciliations, support close processes, and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding support to employees and business partners.
  • Demonstrated interest in leveraging automation, technology, and innovative approaches to improve processes and drive efficiency.
