Customer Experience Operations Specialist
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Customer Experience Operations Specialist to support incentive and commission programs within a global customer-focused organization. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills, operational judgment, and clear communication with the ability to manage sensitive data, navigate competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.

This role is on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.

Customer Experience Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Administer and support incentive and commission programs, including calculations, tracking, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyze large datasets to ensure accurate incentive calculations, reporting, and operational insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting using Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, and other available analytics tools.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to research and resolve compensation-related questions and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline commission and incentive processes, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen overall program efficiency.

Customer Experience Operations Specialist Qualifications:

• Experience with commission or incentive administration, sales operations, Customer Success operations, business operations, or a similarly analytical function.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with demonstrated experience analyzing, reconciling, and reporting on large datasets.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics, with strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; exposure to BI tools, compensation platforms, global incentive programs, or process improvement is preferred.

Compensation: $21-$23/hr. (DOE)
