Brand Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead high-impact, global brand initiatives with a focus on developing strategic marketing direction, storytelling, and consumer engagement. This role is ideal for a seasoned brand marketer who thrives in the early stages of campaign development—owning vision, shaping narratives, and guiding cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and deep understanding of youth culture and modern media landscapes.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of global brand strategies, translating insights into compelling marketing plans and creative direction.
  • Build and deliver strategic briefs, presentations, and narrative frameworks that guide integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the central lead across cross-functional teams including creative, digital, retail, and regional partners to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Drive seasonal and long-term brand planning efforts, aligning business objectives with consumer-first storytelling.
  • Develop deep consumer insights, with a focus on youth audiences, to inform brand positioning and engagement strategies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape brand vision, influence direction, and present strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the development of integrated campaigns across channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Support product launches and key initiatives through strategic positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market planning.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or advertising, with a strong emphasis on upstream planning and creative development.
  • Proven experience developing strategic marketing plans, writing creative briefs, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams and influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong background in consumer insights, storytelling, and building brand narratives across digital and physical channels.
  • Experience in global or enterprise-level organizations and/or top-tier creative or advertising agencies is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with youth culture, consumer trends, and evolving media landscapes, with a passion for engaging younger audiences.
  • Experience with digital and social marketing channels and how they integrate into broader brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire teams.
  • Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, campaign development, and brand storytelling work is strongly preferred.

Compensation: Up to $52.67/hr. (DOE)
