Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a trusted strategic partner to senior operations leaders across a large, multi-location organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, curious, and confident communicator who turns complex numbers into clear insights and coaches others to grow their financial acumen. This role is a hybrid model in Vancouver, Washington.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Partner with senior divisional leaders to shape business strategy, forecasting, and performance management.
• Diagnose performance concerns and growth opportunities, offering clear root-cause insights and practical solutions.
• Coach and consult leaders to strengthen their financial capability and decision-making.
• Analyze margin, revenue, and key operational metrics to guide where and how to invest.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Finance Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of Finance and Operations experience required.
• 5 years of experience as a financial or functional analyst presenting insights to all levels of an organization.
• Proven experience working on projects or teams alongside business executives.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Salary:$145K-$175K/year. (DOE)
